Cornhill Castle Wedding

Cornhill Castle just outside of Biggar was host to the wedding of Rachael & Daniel and it was a place that I had been looking forward to shooting for a while. Rachael along with her mum and bridesmaids all got ready in the balmoral room which was grand in itself with incredible windows and plenty of space to entertain the little ones. On hand to get everyone glammed up was Fionn Boyle and styling hair was Laura Courtie. The ceremony was very intimate and personal with plenty of laughs conducted by John Leo Scott who was fabulous to work with.

With the official part of the day over with everyone got to mingle and congratulate the couple before everyone gathered for a group picture as I found myself hanging out from the bridal prep window… Worth it!

The reception began and evening guests started to arrive and the couple had their first dance together before the party really started!
